Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate floor plans using in-house tools
- Deliver drawings on time and meet project standards
- Follow drafting guidelines and ensure quality output
Requirements
- Civil Engineering/ Architecture / Interior Design background preferred
- Basic knowledge of 2D/3D tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus
- Basic English communication
- Personal laptop required
- Willing to work night shift after transitioning to remote work
Training (Bangalore Office )
- Hybrid: On-site (up to 1.5 months) → Online 1.5 months (laptop required)
- No laptop: full on-site training (~3 months)
Compensation
- Training period: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000/month
- After training (remote): approx. ₹33,000 net/month + performance-based bonus
Work Setup
- Training: Bangalore office
- After training: Remote (work from home)
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
