Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Calling Executive with excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer calls. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer calling, customer service, and travel sales support. This role involves interacting with customers, providing travel-related information, supporting sales activities, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Support the travel sales team by generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into bookings.
- Provide accurate information about travel packages, destinations, fares, itineraries, and company services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Stay updated on travel products, promotions, and industry trends.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
