Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle walk-in customers and sales inquiries
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the team for smooth sales operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Requirements :
- 2–8 years of experience in Retail Sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good customer handling and sales conversion ability
- Target-oriented mindset
- Professional and positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
