Application Developer – Cloud Integration (Kafka / CDC)
Experience: 8+ Years (6+ Relevant)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop event-driven cloud integration solutions.
- Build and maintain Kafka-based streaming and CDC pipelines.
- Develop scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
- Deploy and manage applications across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams for delivery.
- Perform performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of systems.
- Ensure reliability and scalability of real-time data pipelines.
Key Skills
- Apache Kafka (Confluent Kafka – mandatory).
- Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- RESTful API development.
- Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle).
- AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Databases: MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Event-driven architecture design.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good Exposure
- Apache Iceberg (sink and source connectors).
- AWS S3 and Redshift.
- Confluent XStream.
- JDBC connectors.
- DevOps practices.
