Human Resources Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Handle joining and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor office supplies and handle procurement requirements.
- Maintain office assets, records, and filing systems.
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and infrastructure.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and administration roles preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
