· Visit customers and generate new business leads.
· Promote company products to clients and retailers.
· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Handle client inquiries and follow-ups.
· Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order execution.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
· Conduct market visits and identify new customers.
· Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates.
· Collect customer feedback and market information.
· Support payment follow-ups when required.
Required Skills:
· Good communication and convincing skills.
· Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
· Ability to travel for client visits and field work.
· Basic computer and reporting knowledge.
· Customer handling and relationship management skills.
Qualification:
· HSC / Graduate in any stream.
Experience:
· 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales preferred.
· Experience in Printing, Packaging, FMCG, or related industry will be an advantage.
