Roles and Responsibilities-
- Create and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Conduct regular website audits and keyword research to optimize the website content.
- Optimize meta-tags, headers, and on-page content to improve search engine visibility.
- Develop and manage link-building strategies to increase domain authority and search visibility.
- Analyze key website performance metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and framing improvement plans.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify areas of improvement and provide suggestions.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and the SEO best practices.
- Constantly perform competitor analysis to identify new ranking opportunities.
- Work with the team of developers to optimize technical SEO, such as improving site speed and schema markup.
- Track and prepare monthly reports on key SEO performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink profile.
- Train junior SEO members on SEO fair practices.
SEO Manager Requirements
- The role of an SEO Manager requires a mix of technical and creative skills. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic results and search rankings in a previous organization.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in SEO.
- Hands-on experience with website optimization, link building, and content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments.
- Strong project management, critical thinking, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in leading, mentoring, and tracking KPIs of teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to come up with innovative solutions for improving website ranking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical terms to non-technical stakeholders.
