Senior Architect – Job Description
Location: Jaipur-Onsite
Experience Required: 5+ years
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a Senior Architect who can lead projects end-to-end, from concept to execution. This role requires strong design thinking, technical clarity, and the ability to manage teams and timelines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects from concept development to site execution to completion
- Translate client requirements into thoughtful, practical design solutions
- Prepare and review drawings, working details, and specifications
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve on-site challenges
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and project documentation
- Guide and mentor junior architects and team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture
- Strong design sensibility with attention to detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant 3D and rendering design tools
- Working knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills
