Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding for roles in education consultancy, sales, and operations.
- Manage employee lifecycle: Track attendance, process leave requests, performance reviews, and exits using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Tally Prime.
- Administer payroll, incentives, and benefits: Calculate commissions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity).
- Coordinate HR communications: Draft policies, and updates via email/Discord for internal teams; resolve queries on leaves, shifts (9:00-18:00), and grievances.
- Support visa and operations: Assist with staff visa applications, training programs (e.g., IELTS coordination), and vendor management for campaigns.
- Ensure compliance: Maintain records for labor laws, update HR policies, and prepare reports for management.
- Drive engagement: Organize team-building, training sessions, and feedback mechanisms to boost retention.
- We need a candidate who can handle HR operations for both our offices — Nadiad and Vallabh Vidyanagar. The candidate should be willing to commute between the two locations.
