About the Role
We're looking for a Client Servicing Associate to support day-to-day client communication and coordination across digital, influencer, and content projects. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build a strong foundation in client servicing within a fast-paced media environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day client communication and updates
- Help track project timelines and execution status
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, production, and social media teams
- Support the team in ensuring deliverables are completed within agreed timelines
- Prepare meeting notes, MOMs, trackers, and status reports
- Flag risks and support in resolving execution bottlenecks
- Assist in building strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication
Skills Required
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a client-facing role
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, or project management tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
