FIELD OFFICER – SALES & MARKETING
We are looking for a Field Officer to join our Sales & Marketing team and help us expand our customer network and generate new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Identify and generate new customer leads through field visits and local networking.
- Meet potential customers and introduce them to our vehicles, offers, finance options, and services.
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate genuine sales enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the showroom sales team for conversion.
- Explore new areas, institutions, businesses, and local markets for potential customers.
- Participate in roadshows, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly business targets.
- Keep track of daily field activities, leads, and customer follow-ups.
- Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activities.

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Energetic, confident, and self-motivated
- Comfortable meeting and talking to new people
- Good at communication and relationship building
- Target-oriented and willing to take initiative
- Willing to travel within the assigned area
- Experienced in field sales / marketing / automobile sales – preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude may also apply
Qualification
10 th Pass /Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
Two-wheeler + Valid Driving Licence – Preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
