We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) / Upwork Bidder who can generate quality leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms.
- Generate business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online channels.
- Write customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate with potential clients via chat, email, and video calls.
- Understand client requirements and prepare project estimates.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project handover.
- Maintain daily reports of proposals, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing and Website Development services.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements quickly.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Website Development, Branding, or Software Development services.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
- Experience handling international clients is an advantage.

₹7500 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience) + Performance Incentives
