Key Responsibilities
- Loan Collection
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate repayment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Resolve customer queries related to loan accounts and repayment terms.
- Escalate delinquent accounts to higher authorities when necessary.
- Sales
- Promote and sell loan products (personal loans, business loans, etc.) to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat
