We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive / Recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good candidate-handling abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare/update job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, documentation, and joining dates.
- Negotiate salaries and coordinate the offer and appointment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure proper documentation and completion of joining formalities.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Assist with general HR activities, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation as required.
- Ensure recruitment activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Qualification & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in recruitment/HR operations preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,766.00 - ₹30,259.07 per month
