Job Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Post job openings and maintain recruitment databases
- Support hiring for engineering, sales, and technical roles
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
