About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HORECA Sales Executive to manage and expand our presence across hotels, restaurants, cafés, pubs, lounges, resorts, and bars in North Goa. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, increasing product visibility, and ensuring brand growth in the HORECA segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, pubs, clubs, and resorts across North Goa.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the HORECA segment.
- Promote the company’s spirits and beverage portfolio to hospitality clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new HORECA accounts.
- Coordinate with distributors and retail partners to ensure smooth product availability and timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to understand market trends and customer requirements.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, product tastings, brand activations, and outlet visibility campaigns.
- Ensure proper placement and branding of products at premium outlets.
- Maintain strong relationships with bar managers, purchase managers, F&B managers, and hotel management teams.
- Prepare daily sales reports, market feedback, and client visit reports.
- Follow company policies, sales processes, and compliance standards.
