Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced AI Marketing Specialist who can create high-performing marketing campaigns using AI tools, automation, video generation, and CRM-driven marketing strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who combines AI, content, video, and marketing strategy to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality social media, image, and marketing content using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms.
- Build and optimize AI-driven workflows for content creation and marketing automation.
- Create AI-generated videos, voiceovers, and short-form video content for marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling marketing copy, captions, hooks, and campaign messaging.
- Develop content around business, finance, tax, and brand-focused topics.
- Manage end-to-end content workflows from ideation to publishing and optimization.
- Analyze competitor marketing strategies and identify opportunities to create stronger, better-performing campaigns.
- Work with HubSpot CRM for email marketing, campaign management, lead nurturing, contact segmentation, marketing automation, and reporting.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, marketing trends, and automation technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools for content creation, video generation, and voice generation.
- Mandatory experience with AI-based video creation for marketing.
- Experience in video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including email campaigns, workflows, automation, lead management, and reporting.
- Strong content creation skills (text, image, and video).
- Basic understanding of SEO and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently during night shifts.
Preferred Skills
- LinkedIn and social media marketing experience.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign performance optimization.
- Experience with AI automation workflows and prompt engineering.
