Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Maintaining candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Assisting in day-to-day HR and recruitment activities
- Supporting the HR team in hiring requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Pursuing graduation (any stream)
- Basic understanding or interest in HR & recruitment
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Laptop and stable internet connection required
