About the Role
Muthoot Homefin (India) Limited is seeking enthusiastic and career-oriented Collections Interns to join our field collections team. This internship provides practical exposure to customer relationship management, field collections, and financial services. Candidates demonstrating strong performance may be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship period.
Stipend & Career Growth
- ₹14,000 per month during the first 6 months of internship.
- ₹18,000 per month if the internship is extended beyond 6 months.
- Opportunity for full-time employment after 1 year of internship, based on individual performance.
- Full-Time CTC: Up to ₹3.30 LPA.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to meet customers and facilitate timely collections.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate collection records and submit daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with branch teams to resolve customer concerns related to collections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical collection practices.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships while achieving collection targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have no previous PF deductions in their employment history.
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel locally and work extensively in the field.
