Job Description:
Prepare tender summaries and track tender status.
Search tenders for various clients and obtain approval and pricing before bidding.
Prepare and submit tenders independently on portals till final submission.
Upload product catalogues on the GeM portal as per requirements.
Prepare and submit shortfall documents when required.
Share customer billing details and upload invoices on the GeM portal.
Follow up for CRAC generation and payment updates with the department and customers.
Monitor DSC expiry and coordinate renewals.
Conduct routine checks for certification expiry and follow up for renewals (ISO, OHSAS, etc.).
Handle online portals such as ONGC, Oil India, GeM, GTC, etc.
