Sales Coordinator - Construction Company
Experience: 3-4 Years | Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month | Location: Siliguri Head Office, West Bengal
Role in short:
Support the sales team to drive project inquiries, manage client coordination, and ensure smooth order-to-delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries from calls, email, and site visits. Maintain CRM and follow up with potential clients
- Client Coordination: Share quotations, project details, brochures, and updates with clients and consultants
- Sales Support: Prepare proposals, tenders, BOQ comparisons, and track order status with planning and execution teams
- Market Coordination: Coordinate with site teams for project updates, site visits, and client meetings
- Documentation: Maintain sales MIS, client database, and regular sales reports for management
- After Sales: Ensure client feedback is collected and issues are resolved with project teams
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-4 years in sales coordination, preferably in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or B2B services
- Qualification: BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM knowledge. Good at client handling
- Other: Target oriented, organized, and comfortable with site visits
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
