Job Title: Production Head (Fabrication Industry)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Head to lead and manage fabrication manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality control, productivity improvement, and timely dispatch of fabricated products while ensuring safety and cost efficiency.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead overall fabrication production activities and achieve daily/monthly production targets.
Prepare and monitor production plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage workforce, supervisors, and shop-floor operations efficiently.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and process improvements.
Control production costs, material wastage, and rework.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
10–15+ years of experience in fabrication/manufacturing operations.
Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, assembly, and production planning.
Leadership skills with experience handling large production teams.
Good understanding of quality systems, productivity improvement, and cost control.

This JD is suitable for hiring a senior Production Head in the ₹1–1.5 lakh/month salary range.
