Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Monitor labour, subcontractors, and construction work progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and labour attendance.
- Plan and allocate work to labour teams efficiently.
- Monitor the use of construction materials and reduce wastage.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.
- Identify and report site-related issues to the management.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
- Coordinate material requirements and communicate with suppliers when required.
- Verify measurements and assist with quantity calculations.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Strong leadership and labour management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision is preferred.
- Experience in residential and commercial building projects will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
