Rupali Homes is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Site Coordinator to oversee day-to-day site activities, maintain project documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between the site team and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily construction site activities.
- Prepare and maintain project management sheets and progress reports.
- Provide systematic daily/weekly site updates to the management team.
- Analyze AutoCAD drawings and ensure execution as per approved plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
- Track project timelines, materials, and work progress.
- Maintain project documentation using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Report site issues and assist in resolving them efficiently.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Ability to read and analyze construction drawings.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in creating and managing project tracking sheets.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
