We are hiring freshers for a Customer Support Executive – Voice Process role in Pallavaram, Chennai. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates interested in starting a career in customer service and the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide appropriate assistance.
- Understand customer queries and resolve them professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products or services.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach while interacting with customers.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information when required.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Pallavaram, Chennai location.
Compensation:
- CTC: ₹3.15 LPA
- Approximate in-hand salary: ₹18,500 per month
- Incentives available as per company policy.
Work Schedule:
- 5 working days per week
- 2 rotational week offs
- Night shift
Transportation:
- Both-way cab facility available, subject to company terms and eligibility.
