Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assisting with daily F&B service, including opening/closing procedures and managing staff duty rosters.
- Customer Service: Ensuring high guest satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving basic complaints professionally, and ensuring prompt, courteous service.
- Supervision & Training: Assisting in guiding junior stewards and monitoring grooming, discipline, and service standards.
- Compliance: Maintaining knowledge of menus, ingredients, and promotions while ensuring adherence to hygiene and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Typically requires a degree or diploma in Hotel Management (HM).
- Experience: 1–3 years of prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is often required.
- Skills: Strong communication (English/Hindi), leadership potential, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
