- Explain course details, schedules, fees, and career benefits clearly
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and past students
- Coordinate with trainers and management for batch scheduling
- Maintain student records and update CRM/database regularly
- Handle student feedback, concerns, and support requests professionally
- Assist in promotional activities, seminars, and demo sessions
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention
