About the Role
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Accountants to join our team in Punjabi Bagh. We are hiring candidates at Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior levels, with salary and responsibilities based on experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Reconcile customer, vendor, and bank accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- For senior candidates: supervise accounting operations and guide junior team members.
Candidate Requirements
Junior Accountant
- 0–2 years of accounting experience; freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel preferred.
- Good attention to detail.
Mid-Level Accountant
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, Excel, GST, TDS, and reconciliations.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities.
Senior Accountant
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience handling complete accounting operations.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior accounting staff.
Skills Preferred
- Tally / Tally Prime or relevant accounting software
- MS Excel
- GST & TDS knowledge
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
