Hiring: Business Analyst cum Product Manager (Night Shift)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst cum Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT product development, product management, and business analysis, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Business Analysis and Product Management.
- Strong experience working on IT products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating product roadmaps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborating with development, QA, and stakeholder teams.
- Travel domain experience is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive product initiatives from concept to delivery.
Work Schedule:
- Night Shift (Mandatory)
- Experience working with international clients or global teams is preferred.
