Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Engineer Intern to join our IT team. The intern will assist in maintaining IT systems, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software
- Provide basic technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems under supervision
- Support IT team in managing servers, printers, and networking devices
- Maintain records of IT assets and inventory
- Assist in data backup and system security processes
- Help in monitoring system performance and resolving issues
- Support in software updates and patch management
- Document technical procedures and user guides
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech / BE / BSc. Computer Science
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems
- Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and basic troubleshooting
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
