A Mother Teacher is an early childhood educator who nurtures, guides, and supports young learners academically, socially, and emotionally while fostering a safe and engaging classroom environment.
Role Overview A Mother Teacher plays a pivotal role in the holistic development of young students, typically in Grade 1, Grade 2, or Foundation Stage. The position combines academic instruction with emotional and social support, acting as both a teacher and a primary caregiver within the classroom. The role emphasizes creating a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
- Design and implement lesson plans tailored to young learners’ developmental needs. 2
- Monitor and assess student progress through regular evaluations and feedback. 1
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior. 2
- Provide individualized support for students with diverse learning needs. 2
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development. 1
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. 1
- Support social, emotional, and moral development, fostering a sense of security and belonging. 2

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, preferably with a focus on Early Childhood Education. 2
- State teaching certification or equivalent for the relevant grade level. 1
- Experience working with young children in educational settings, with a minimum of 2 years preferred for primary grades. 1
- Additional qualifications such as a Master’s degree, CTET, or NET certification may be preferred. 1

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
