Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering, consulting, audit, and corporate positions
- Understand manpower requirements from various departments and project teams
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and recruitment networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and MIS reports
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends and market mapping in infrastructure and construction sectors
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
