Job Title: Design Engineer
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, raw materials, and structural sections.
- Understanding of machining processes, tolerances, tolerance grades, and fits.
- Good knowledge of 3D modelling, assembly, detailing, and drafting using Autodesk Inventor.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of chain, belt, gear, motor, and gearbox drive arrangements.
- Ability to prepare and modify CAD in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
- Ability to design and develop new components as per requirements.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to provide practical and cost-effective design solutions.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, suppliers, and other departments.
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP, BOM preparation, and MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of DIN, ISO, and other engineering standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
- D.M.E. / B.E. / M.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in machine manufacturing or a similar industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Autodesk Inventor : 1 year (Preferred)
- AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
