We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Team Manager to oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful execution of organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive team performance while maintaining operational excellence.
Key RequirementsQualifications & Skills
- Minimum age: 35 years.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and people-management skills.
- Excellent professional email writing and business correspondence abilities.
- Proven experience in team leadership, supervision, and performance management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve business goals and performance targets.
- Monitor team productivity and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Ensure seamless coordination and communication between departments.
- Manage client interactions through emails, phone calls, and meetings in a professional manner.
- Prepare operational reports, presentations, and management updates.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and business strategies effectively.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive and productive work culture.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and quality requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in operations management, administration, customer service, or team leadership roles.
- Experience managing large teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior management.
