Job Description: Engagement Executive – HNI & Family Office Relations
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 1-2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs and their family offices.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between HNIs and senior management.
- Assist in managing family office requirements, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential investment opportunities for clients.
- Provide personalized engagement and relationship management to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update a database of HNI clients, tracking interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in client engagement, relationship management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-profile clients with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, real estate, or luxury sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
