The Civil Billing Engineer is responsible for preparing client and subcontractor bills, verifying measurements, maintaining billing records, and ensuring timely processing of project invoices in accordance with contract terms and project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process client RA (Running Account) bills and final bills.
- Prepare and verify subcontractor and vendor bills.
- Take measurements and prepare quantity calculations as per drawings and site progress.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, and quantity estimations.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for billing requirements.
- Maintain billing records, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Monitor work progress and ensure billing is completed as per project milestones.
- Verify quantities executed at the site and prepare measurement sheets.
- Assist in contract administration and variation order management.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for materials and quantities.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for bill certification and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company procedures.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
