Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller (Gujarati-Speaking Preferred)
Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai
About the Role:
We are seeking motivated Real Estate Telecallers to join our sales team for our premium residential project Nakshatra at Deolali. This is a purely work-from-office role with no client visits involved. The telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over phone calls, sharing project details, and generating qualified leads for site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain the features, benefits, and highlights of Nakshatra, Deolali.
- Communicate fluently in Gujarati/Hindi/English and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and customer records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Must be Gujarati or have a good command of Gujarati.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in real estate / telecalling / customer service preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools).
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Work from Office only (Prabhadevi, Mumbai)
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹21,000 per month .
