Key Responsibilities
- Provide 24×7 client support for SMS, Email, Voice, WhatsApp, and RCS platforms via email, phone, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with backend/vendor teams, and ensure timely resolution
- Handle client queries related to API integration, campaign delivery, reporting, and platform functionality
- Document support tickets, maintain client communication logs, and track resolution timelines
- Monitor platform performance and proactively communicate service updates to clients
- Assist with DLT registration, template approval processes, and compliance requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- BCA, MCA, B.Tech (Computer Science/IT), or equivalent graduation degree
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada (spoken & written)
- Excellent email communication and client-facing skills
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and HTTP protocols
- Comfortable working with laptops, multiple browsers, and communication tools
- Familiarity with communication platforms (SMS gateways, Email APIs, WhatsApp Business API) – training provided
- Basic knowledge of DLT/TRAI compliance preferred
Experience:
- 1-2 years in technical support, customer success, or BPO operations in a similar field is a must
- Experience in SaaS/technical support environment is a plus
Work Requirements
- On-site work at Bangalore office (Koramangala)
- Fixed office hours with flexibility for extended support as needed
- Willingness to handle round-the-clock client escalations (rotational shifts possible)
- Local candidates preferred (Bangalore-based)
