Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily civil Pole construction activities at the project site
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and standards
- Monitor labor productivity and allocate tasks efficiently
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work
- Maintain site discipline and safety standards
- Check quality of materials and workmanship
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions
- Ensure proper use of equipment and materials
- Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Working Conditions:
- Working in RCC Pole factory, Bareilly
- Work involves outdoor site supervision
- May require extended working hours based on project needs
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
