Position Summary
We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and results-driven Telecaller to drive customer outreach and sales for our newly launched electric vehicle (EV) brand, JVK Motors. You will be the primary voice connecting with potential buyers, introducing our premium electric scooters and motorbikes, and generating qualified sales leads.
Key Responsibilities
* Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential customers from provided databases to pitch JVK Motors' EV products.
* Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, answer product queries, and convert cold/warm leads into showroom walk-ins or test rides.
* Follow-up Management: Maintain a regular follow-up pipeline with interested prospects to close sales.
* Data Logging: Accurately update and maintain customer call records, feedback, and sales status in the CRM system.
* Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with the showroom sales and marketing teams to hand over qualified leads.
Qualifications & Skills
* Availability: Must be ready to join IMMEDIATELY.
* Location: Based in Kochi (Strongly Preferred).
* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer relationship roles (experience in automobile, banking, or insurance sectors is a plus).
* Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory (strong verbal communication and active listening skills).
* Attributes: Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of handling customer rejections professionally.
