Role Summary:
The Senior RPA Developer designs, develops, and delivers scalable Agentic Automation workflows that optimize business processes and support digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with business and technology teams, this role combines RPA, AI capabilities and enterprise integrations to deliver secure, maintainable and high-quality automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deploy enterprise automation solutions that meet business and technical requirements of RPA and Agentic AI solutions
- Supervise RPA Maintenance Team, providing direction, support and prioritization to ensure effective delivery of automation maintenance services.
- Analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical designs and recommend automation opportunities.
- Develop reusable, scalable and supportable solutions following architecture standards, security requirements and development best practices.
- Lead the technical delivery of complex automation initiatives from solution design through production deployment.
- Perform code reviews, support testing activities, and ensure solution quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to automation governance, standards and reusable assets.
- Monitor production automations, resolve complex issues optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers, share technical expertise and support Automation Team where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation with enterprise applications, AI services and APIs.
- Continuously develop expertise in emerging automation and AI technologies while contributing to team capability growth.
Key Skills/ Requirements:
- 6+ years of demonstrated knowledge with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator (development, deployment, monitoring and support).
- 3+ years of experience with UiPath Automation Cloud and enterprise RPA governance.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI-powered automations, including integration with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- UiPath Agentic Automation certification is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Document Understanding, Communications Mining or other Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions
- Strong understanding of automation architecture, reusable component design, exception handling, logging and performance optimization.
- Experience in working with SAP automation (GUI, APIs or other SAP integration technologies)
- Knowledge of source control (e.g. Azure DevOps, GIT Repository)
- Experience in mentoring junior developers, performing code reviews and promoting development standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify automation opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional business and stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics or related technical field.
Preferred Certifications:
- UiPath Certified Professional certification (e.g. UiPath Certified RPA Developer, UiPath Certified Professional Agentic Automation, UiPath Certified Business Analyst or equivalent)
