The Partner and Solution Development Manager is a high-impact, strategic role designed to drive Logitech’s growth through its most critical global partnerships.

The Partner and Solution Development Manager is a unique Go to Market role that will embody a partner centric and results-oriented approach, leveraging exceptional relationship-building skills to accelerate partner sales performance, and enable Logitech’s expansion across its portfolio of innovative business solutions.
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
- Drive expansion and adoption of Logitech’s portfolio by fostering and strengthening strategic relationships with GSI partners and enterprise customers.
- Identify, pursue, and influence new business opportunities in collaboration with, Sales, Partner, and Alliance teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, supporting partner business plans and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Share market and customer insights with internal business groups to inform portfolio development and competitive positioning.

Technical Enablement & Solution Design
- Architect end-to-end technical solutions tailored for global and regional partners, integrating Logitech offerings across Managed Services, Personal Workspace, and Video Collaboration platforms.
- Lead cross-functional teams internally, developing compelling and innovative solution designs for global customers.
- Develop and templatize persona-driven solution bundles (such as meeting space Personas), and educate partners on go-to-market strategies with customers.
Influence reference designs and establish standards with global partners across regions, driving awareness of solution design implications with local sales and technical teams.

Partner Enablement & Sales Acceleration
- Align proposed solutions with partner capabilities, and help partners build expertise to lead with Logitech’s offerings.
- Enable partners to transition from selling individual products to solution-based selling, increasing confidence across the global partner ecosystem.
- Guide partners on API integration requirements, enriching partner and customer experience.
Pre-Sales & Bid Support
- Own the pre-sales and RFI/RFP response journey for solutions, ensuring timely and standardized responses across varying partner sizes.
- Establish customer journey frameworks and expectations for implementing solutions.
- Guide Bill of Materials creation focused on value for customers, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Present technical architectural approaches, perform demos, and create documentation; drive successful Proof of Concept (POC) implementations.

Thought Leadership & Market Influence
- Lead workshops and forums with sales teams and partner executives to drive improvements, share best practices, and foster preferential mindshare for Logitech.
- Educate partners on Logitech’s alliance ecosystem (Microsoft, Google, Zoom, etc.).
- Serve as a subject matter expert, engaging technology councils and delivering design workshops and sessions.
Portfolio Expansion & Cross-Sell Initiatives
- Help partners expand their focus across Logitech’s entire solutions portfolio, targeting diverse verticals and segments for broader market reach.
Relationship Management & Influence
- Develop influential relationships at both partner and customer organizations, guiding key decisions for Logitech offerings.
- Become a go-to strategic resource for global partners and central presales teams.
Leading with Logitech’s Differentiation
- Adapt and deliver strategic training to help partners recognize Logitech’s competitive advantages, including APIs, sustainability, and ecosystem integration.
Ensure differentiation is woven through partner engagement and enable partners to deliver Logitech’s value propositions convincingly.

Education
Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.) required, or relevant technical certifications.
Experience
- Many years of demonstrated success in solutions engineering, supporting global partners and driving channel-sourced revenue growth.
- Proven capability in leading change initiatives and ambitious, multi-year business projects within strategic partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and modern IT architectures.
Skill Set
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and gain mindshare with strategic and technical advisory teams at a global scale.
- Operationally savvy, with a track record of building templates and repeatable frameworks to accelerate organizational go-to-market capabilities.
- Deep understanding of IT and business trends, especially in Unified Communication and Collaboration Technologies.
- Experience serving as a trusted technology advisor to large, complex, and matrixed organizations, both internally and externally.
