Synapse has a great client development team and a highly driven engineering team. We are looking for an awesome Project Manager to bring these two together, and manage the project delivery to clients. This requires a good understanding of IT projects and a passion for delivering high-quality in a time-critical environment.
4-8 Year.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or MBA.
Decision Making, Communication, Problem Solving, Team & Client Management, Planning & Time Management.
- SDLC and Agile methodologies of software development.
- 4+ years’ experience in managing software development projects.
- Domain knowledge and experience with enterprise software development and delivery.
- PM tools such as Microsoft Project, Google Sheets, and Excel.
- Track record of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment.
- Experience in successfully engaging senior management and groups of stakeholders.
- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities and changing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
- Experience managing teams in a DevOps culture.
- Should have expertise in client co-ordination.
- PMP certification or who have worked within an ISO environment
- Experience with big data solutions.
- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals.
