Job Responsibilities: Manage daily office administration and coordination activities. Maintain project-related documents, files, and records. Coordinate with design, sales, site, and vendor teams. Handle emails, calls, and internal communication. Prepare reports, trackers, and MIS updates in Excel/Google Sheets. Maintain attendance, invoices, purchase records, and office expenses. Support project teams with documentation and follow-ups. Coordinate meetings and maintain schedules. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Required Skills: Good communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Basic understanding of interior/construction project workflow preferred. Ability to manage multiple task.
