The Role
We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Business Development Officer to expand our client portfolio across corporate, startup, and manufacturing sectors. In this role, you will position Dictumnet as an essential partner for legal compliance, actively engaging decision-makers to identify their regulatory needs and deliver tailored service packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Core Sales: Market and sell Dictumnet's full range of services:
- Labor & Employee Benefits: ESI, PF registrations, and monthly filings.
- Licensing & Protection: FSSAI food licenses, labor permits, and trademark filings.
- Advisory Support: Professional guidance during official labor inspections.
- Targeted Lead Generation: Prospect high-growth startups, retail chains, factories, and industrial accounts with critical compliance requirements.
- Executive Pitching: Interface directly with Business Owners, HR Leaders, and Finance Directors to articulate value, address pain points, and close deals.
- Consultative Selling: Audit prospective clients' current legal setups, pinpoint operational compliance gaps, and recommend appropriate Dictumnet solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while cultivating lasting client relationships to drive renewals and direct referrals.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate services, or legal/statutory compliance marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical corporate solutions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
