Job Description:
We are hiring a Jr. Merchandiser with strong Product Development (PD) knowledge for handling the US market in a jewellery manufacturing/export setup. The role involves managing end-to-end merchandising processes from sampling to shipment while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end merchandising from development to shipment
- Coordinate with customers for sampling, approvals, and order execution
- Work closely with design, sampling & production teams
- Maintain and track WIP (Work-in-Progress) calendars
- Prepare order sheets, POs, and documentation
- Monitor production status and resolve issues related to quality, timelines, and approvals
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 4–5 years of experience in jewellery merchandising
- Experience with US clients/market preferred
- Strong product development (PD) exposure
- Good English communication skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
