We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive to lead and optimize our online search performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that help increase organic visibility, traffic, and conversions across all digital platforms.
You will work closely with the content, marketing, and development teams to ensure all SEO best practices are met and long-term digital growth is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website authority.
- Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap studies.
- Manage on-page SEO including meta tags, internal linking, URL optimization, schema markup, and content structure.
- Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix issues related to site speed, indexing, crawling, and mobile optimization.
- Optimize existing content and guide the content team on best SEO practices.
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports showing ranking improvements, traffic growth, and actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an SEO Executive or SEO role.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
- Experience with keyword strategy, content optimization, and backlink management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure (preferred).
- Experience in e-commerce SEO is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
