Job description:-
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Officer to identify, evaluate, and acquire new redevelopment opportunities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate business development, strong networking abilities, and a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals. This role requires extensive fieldwork, project reiki (surveying and identifying opportunities), builder coordination, stakeholder management, and driving projects from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities-
- Conduct market surveys and project reiki to identify potential redevelopment opportunities.
- Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, brokers, consultants, and market intelligence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, consultants, landowners, and government authorities.
- Evaluate project viability through preliminary feasibility studies and due diligence.
- Coordinate with internal legal, technical, and finance teams during project evaluation and acquisition.
- Lead negotiations and actively participate in discussions to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Communicate and coordinate with builders regarding new and upcoming projects.
- Track market trends, redevelopment opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Prepare business development reports, presentations, and project status updates.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Real Estate Business Development, Redevelopment, SRA, Cluster Redevelopment, or Project Acquisition.
- Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
