Role description
The Salesforce Core Senior Developer is responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable secure and highperformance solutions on the Salesforce platform This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce core development strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work with architects and business stakeholders to deliver enterprisegrade solutions aligned to Salesforce best practices
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Core Development
Design develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using
Apex Triggers Classes Batch Queueable Schedulable
Lightning Web Components LWC
Flows RecordTriggered Screen Scheduled
Implement business logic validations and automation with a configurationfirst approach
Customize standard Salesforce features and build scalable custom solutions
Develop reusable components and frameworks to improve development efficiency
Technical Design Architecture Support
Collaborate with Salesforce Architects on solution design and technical approach
Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
Design robust data models object relationships and automation patterns
Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits and performance best practices
Integrations Data Management
Design and implement integrations with external systems using
REST SOAP APIs
Platform Events
Outbound Messaging and Callouts
Support data migration and data quality initiatives
Handle large data volumes and system performance optimization
Agile Delivery Collaboration
Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming and technical estimations
Provide technical guidance and feasibility inputs to BAs and Product Owners
Work closely with QA teams to support functional integration and regression testing
Conduct peer code reviews and enforce coding standards
Testing Deployment Support
Write and maintain unit tests ensuring adequate code coverage
Support CICD pipelines and release deployments across environments
Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2L3 support where required
Ensure proper technical documentation and knowledge transfer
Technical Leadership
Mentor junior developers and provide technical coaching
Promote Salesforce best practices clean code and reusable design patterns
Contribute to solution accelerators and internal technical assets
