Role Overview:
TPM Williams Project Management is seeking an energetic, commercially minded, and highly motivated finance professional who is eager to take ownership of the finance function and contribute to the Company's continued growth. The successful candidate should possess a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to actively engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), United Arab Emirates (UAE), and India.
Duties of the Job
- Lead and manage the Finance Department and all finance-related activities across KSA, UAE, and India operations.
- Oversee preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Monitor company cash flow, working capital requirements, and banking facilities.
- Ensure timely invoicing, accounts receivable collection, and accounts payable management.
- Coordinate with clients regarding invoicing, payment follow-ups, commercial matters, and financial reconciliations.
- Review project financial performance, profitability, and resource utilization.
- Prepare and present financial reports, management accounts, dashboards, and KPIs to Directors and Senior Management.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Conversant with / willing to learn finance and tax related matters across KSA, UAE and India and implementation of the same protecting the interest of the Company
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across all operating jurisdictions.
- Support contract reviews from a financial and commercial perspective.
- Assist Management in strategic decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.
- Manage treasury functions, including banking relationships, cash management, and foreign currency transactions.
- Oversee payroll coordination, employee-related financial obligations, and statutory contributions where applicable.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and drive automation and efficiency within the finance function.

Education Requirements (Including Certification requirements)
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Additional qualifications such as CMA, ACCA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent will be advantageous.
Experience in Years :
- Minimum 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Proven experience managing finance operations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience in handling financial operations within the GCC region, particularly KSA and UAE, is highly preferred.
- Experience in consultancy, engineering, project management, construction, or professional services sectors will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in client coordination, commercial management, and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Experience leading finance teams and implementing financial controls.
